• Fees become payable according to the agreed plan; receipts are issued for all confirmed payments.
• Late or missed instalments may affect continued access to classes.

Refunds and cancellation

Refund eligibility depends on how far a course has progressed and is subject to the institute’s refund policy. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed against the original payment. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Course changes

We may adjust course content, schedule, instructors, or delivery mode when necessary, and will inform enrolled students of significant changes. Batches may be rescheduled or merged where required.

Student conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and fellow learners, attend regularly, and use institute resources responsibly. The institute may suspend or remove students for misconduct.

Course materials, the website, and their content belong to the institute or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Work you create during your course remains yours.
